The president of the Supreme Court of Justice, Ricardo Lorenzetti, gave a conference last Wednesday at the VIII Phelps Congress – Institutions for Innovation and Economic Development, in the Assembly Hall of the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires.
Edmund Phelps, on “Institutions and economic dynamism,” also spoke at the meeting, dialoguing with Juan Vicente Sola.
